What you'll do
- Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of rules and policies.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Review and evaluate CareDriver Operations procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or compliance issues. Provide necessary training.
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
- Hire, train and manage a team of exceptional Compliance Specialists
- Be a “player-coach:” support a team while also contributing to execution directly
- Create reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Document policies, processes, and procedures as it relates to driver compliance
- Lead special projects and other initiatives yet to be defined for the CareDriver Operations team
What you bring
- Prior experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position
- Managed a team size of 4-7 people for at least 1 year
- Experience working at an early stage company is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Experience in project management, able to independently manage multiple projects at various stages at one time

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
