Position: Finance Manager/Sr. Manager

Position Overview:
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and dashboard with accounting team
- Partner with revenue cycle team to review reimbursement and payer mix
- Oversee accounts payable function, credit cards, and expense reports
- Own financial analyses around customer acquisition and clinical labor
- Ensure finance and clinical operations alignment on data and dashboards
- Support investor and grant tracking and reporting
- Track client and partner financial performance and outcomes
- Work with financial planning and analysis on modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Serve as point of contact for all finance vendors and tools
- Work with Finance advisors on strategic finance and reporting
- Work with tax partner on annual tax reporting
- Oversee managed services flow of funds
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- 3+ years of Health Care Services experience
- Budgeting and reporting experience
- Experience performing financial analysis
- Knowledge of CPT codes and Health Care Coding preferred
- Experience with Health Insurance Claims Processing preferred
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Experience or interest in working with an early stage/high growth company
