About Boost:
Boost is building a distributed incentives network so that anyone can incentivize any onchain action with any token. We're doing this to make token distribution easier & more efficient, which contributes to our mission of improving global coordination. Boost is a Series A company with a crypto-native, remote team with backgrounds from companies like Optimism, OpenSea, Dapper Labs, and Coinbase.
In this role, you'll operate as a product engineer and 0-1 and take features from conception to implementation. You'll be working directly with boost creators to make it easier and more efficient for them to distribute token incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Write frontend code while maintaining a high degree of craftsmanship
- Work cross-functionally to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance of existing codebases
- Own and drive feature development from idea to adoption
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto industry to ensure our products and services stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Participants in customer discovery calls, learning more about what their needs are to better scope projects
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a frontend engineer, with a minimum of 1 year in the crypto industry.
- Strong technical depth with React, Tailwind, NextJS, and Typescript
- A strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API definition.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, along with the ability to create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that solve user problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Ability to write backend code
- Familiarity with React Native
- An eye for design and interest in getting deep in the pixels
