Summary
The Migration squad is responsible for providing all the services necessary for a customer who wants to bring their data from another processor to Pismo. We guide our customers from the kick-off to the final migration go-live date. We are always evolving our migration platform to provide quality service and also allow other customers from different businesses to migrate to Pismo.
What you'll do
- Conduct product migration presentations for customer's key stakeholders and support technical questions from the customer's development team
- Oversee with the cross-squads PMs the end-to-end migration product life cycle, from ideation to launch, customer support, integrated tests and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering teams.
- Work with the Migration Product Manager to prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog
- Participate in customer's meetings and handle their expectations over product deliveries
- Collaborate with pre-sales/sales/implementation teams, providing technical expertise to drive effective migration product explanations and client engagements.
Minimum Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with issuers/processors migrations or credit card/core banking platforms .
- Strong technical background with a track record of successfully managing complex, API-driven products
- Great communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Advanced or fluent English
