The Fleet Traceability team aims to provide sophisticated self-service traceability products to local fleet operators, meeting legal requirements and documentation needs while ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, we focus on enabling reliable forensic capabilities to ensure fleet health and integrity, resulting in safe operations and maximizing vehicle uptime.
To enable efficient and reliable traceability and investigation capabilities for daily operations, the team translates business logic into scalable data models, builds powerful analytic data products on top and integrates them in our user facing web interface. Working closely with fleet operators, the team continuously refines and optimizes the integration of these diverse puzzle pieces for optimal performance.
As MOIA starts moving autonomous fleets on the streets over the next years, holistic understanding of system behavior will play a crucial role in our product. This product is in the exciting build-up phase and needs your handwriting - What a perfect time to join and make a real impact!
What you will do
- Gain in-depth understanding how to enable reliable, high-quality and secure (autonomous) mobility services together with local fleet operators in cities while empowering the team to build impactful, state-of-the-art products to solve those challenges
- Build up a comprehensive product vision and gather the development team behind it
- Manage, understand how various data sources can be combined into meaningful self-service tools
- Create and realize a roadmap that turns our company strategy into a competitive advantage for the future of mobility
- Join forces with the Technical Lead and Design Lead of the team to share technical and business critical responsibilities, which ensures you are building a stable & high-quality data product
- Create alignment within the team as well as with other data teams to manage dependencies and timelines for cross-team functionalities
- Be in close contact with our operational partners in regular formats and on-site hub visits
- Represent the Fleet Traceability team within the Product Community, sharing your experience in building highly technical products with your peers to elevate each other

- Fluent communication in English is required, German is a plus
