About the role: Full-Stack Developer
As a Full-Stack Developer at Diversio, you will join a team that is setting the industry standard and helping organizations advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. You will collaborate with the engineering and customer success teams to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the Diversio platform, ensuring we have a robust, user-friendly, and scalable solution.

\n- Take an idea, concept, or mock-up and write efficient, robust, secure and well-tested production-ready code.
- Demonstrate proficiency with our stack, which includes Python, Django, PostgreSQL for the backend, and React, TypeScript, and Jest for the frontend.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Write and maintain comprehensive tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Use GitHub for pull requests and code reviews, as well as Slack, CircleCI, Sentry, ClickUp, Confluence, BrowserStack, etc.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 requirements to maintain high standards of security and data protection.
- 2+ years of experience with Python and Django.
- 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- 2+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Good SQL and databases knowledge, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or comparable RDBS experience.
- Good understanding of best coding practices and standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with writing tests using Jest.
- Experience with writing tests in Python, Django, and React is a plus.
- Experience with Git and/or GitHub.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or engineering is helpful, but not required.
- Knowledge of NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, or popular machine learning libraries is good to have but not required.
