Product Designer
Wynd is an early-stage startup empowering access to public web data. Wynd Labs enables access to public web data through decentralized data scraping tools such as our first product, Grass. Grass is a network-sharing application that allows users to sell their unused internet bandwidth.
Your day-to-day:
- Lead and manage the design team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output from the design team.
- Establish and maintain Grass’s creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets.
- Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with Grass’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep Grass’s visual content fresh and cutting-edge.
What experience you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a design leadership role, preferably in the web3 industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience working within an established design system
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to driving design excellence.
- Familiarity with design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc
