We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at BloXroute. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting BloXroute's products and services to key stakeholders.
\n- Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships within the Defi/Blockchain segment focusing on Ethereum, BSC, Solana
- Engage in daily prospecting initiatives on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead qualification and meeting scheduling
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales team on best practices to move forward
- Collaborate internally with sales and marketing to ensure seamless handoff of leads
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space
- Drive referrals by your exceptional work
- Maintain and track all records in the CRM
- Prepare and report to BD lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to prospect new opportunities
- Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companies
- Exceptional communication skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of blockchain/Defi technology is required
- Knowledge using a CRM system
- Strong desire and ability for growth within a sales organization
