Each partnership is a unique journey, a shared pursuit of creating transformative ideas, products, and services that resonate with their distinct needs and aspirations.\nAs a Senior Project Manager at AKQA Sweden, you will be able to play a crucial role in driving the success of large, complex impactful assignments. Working across four distinct areas, Production, Marketing & Comms Projects, Product Development and Innovation. Our Senior Project Managers are comfortable across all areas but have clear expertise in at least one.\n<ul>\n<li>Production: Leading complex film shoots, large-scale asset production for campaigns, or production of OOH assets at scale.</li>\n<li>Projects: Leading international marketing campaigns in multiple markets, delivering digital and physical experiences.</li>\n<li>Product: Leading complex design/technology-driven products, such as website re-platforming, App development for new revenue streams, or other large-scale product management.</li>\n<li>Innovation: Implementing cutting-edge technologies and experimenting to find effective market fit.</li>\n</ul>\nROLE REQUIREMENTS\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver work focused on incredible customer experiences including (but not limited to) websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, emerging technologies, films, products or events, enabling the whole AKQA project team.</li>\n<li>Oversee the successful setup, structure, and end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements involving technical, brand, marketing stakeholders, or environmental complexities rollout plans in multiple countries, physical construction, or fixed deadlines. </li>\n<li>Successfully manage clients, partners, and multiple suppliers, to ensure the best outcome for both clients and AKQA.</li>\n<li>Encourage and engage in cross-department collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.</li>\n<li>Tailor and communicate an appropriate project approach by methodology or project phase.</li>\n<li>Define and agree on the Scope of Work with both internal teams and client/s, to ensure engagements are clear and unambiguous in approach and how the work will be delivered.</li>\n<li>Balance specific client demands with project realities and reliably close the loop on all open issues in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Manages the administrative and functional aspects of a project ensuring resource needs are proactively identified and met through effective budget and resource management.  </li>\n</ul>\nQUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience of managing a diverse service delivery function in a fast-paced environment implementing innovative, interactive and consumer-focused solutions.</li>\n<li>Comfortable in leading client sessions, facilitating challenging discussions with senior client stakeholders and building long-term relationships.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies and when to use them.</li>\n<li>Certification in Scrum, Lean or other delivery methodologies is a benefit, but not a requirement.</li>\n<li>AKQA values diverse educational backgrounds and experiences, and we encourage candidates from all fields of study to apply. </li>\n<li>Ability to define functional and technical requirements or User Stories.</li>\n<li>Experience making commercial/financial decisions. </li>\n<li>Strive for the best quality of production.</li>\n<li>Strong customer service ethos.</li>\n<li>Self-motivation with the commitment to facilitating teams to work autonomously.</li>\n<li>Inspire and lead project teams to fulfil a vision.</li>\n<li>Constantly strive to improve AKQA delivery practices, processes and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\nExplore our extensive range of benefits <a href=\"https://www.akqa.com/studios/sweden/benefits/\">here</a>. \nAKQA is an Equal Opportunities Employer, we believe that diversity is vital to AKQA’s ability to provide our clients with the best recommendations and are committed to fostering a varied and inclusive work environment.
