Product Marketing Manager bei Lido

Description

An independent project supporting the Marketing of the Lido protocol is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to build and execute our product marketing strategies. You will work on the initiatives that drive the growth and adoption of stETH in the DeFi space, enhancing our market position and ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our diverse user base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive growth.

Key Scope

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates stETH in the market. Write compelling copy for blogs and social media posts.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and events.

  • Ecosystem Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partners and protocols, and execute successful co-marketing campaigns.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing management within the DeFi or blockchain industry.

  • Strong understanding of Staking and DeFi protocols.

  • A proven track record of writing excellent short- and long-form content.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and achieve measurable success.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic results.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing approaches.
