Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads platforms. 
- Budget Handling: Manage a spectrum of advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI for both small-scale and large-scale campaigns. 
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to enhance their advertising strategies. 
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams on related marketing initiatives, including email marketing, copywriting, and content strategy, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. 
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize future strategies. 
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to continually refine and improve advertising efforts. 
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in paid media advertising, preferably within an agency setting managing multiple client accounts. 
- Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. 
- Budget Management: Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns with varying budgets, from $1,000/month to over $50,000/month. 
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. 
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. 
- Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with other marketing functions such as email marketing, copywriting, and content strategy. 
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines. 
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Experience working with clients in sectors such as B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce. 
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or Figma. 
- Creative Skills: Ability to provide creative direction or make light design edits to ad visuals. 
- Campaign Experience: Experience supporting product launches, multi-channel campaigns, or complex marketing funnels.
