- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to understand user needs
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills
- Experience with design systems, guides, and UI kits, design systems
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Work experience in the crypto industry would be considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of UX, usability, and accessibility principles
- Attention to detail with a solid grasp of design fundamentals
- Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive solutions
- Proficiency in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with English proficiency at an intermediate or higher level
