We're open to remote candidates across Europe. We do have an office in Limassol, so if you're based is Cyprus - great! But it's not a must.
Responsibilitis:
- Manage a full sales cycle, from lead prospecting to deal closures with advertising agencies and app developers.
- Conduct market research, build pipelines, and set targets together with the CSM and management team to ensure we are pursuing the right clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify needs and growth opportunities.
- Work in a performance-driven environment, with clear targets and goals.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences, meetings, and business trips.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within Ad Tech, digital marketing, or related industries.
- Proven experience in Mobile Apps User Acquisition - Significant advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- “Hunter” mindset – always seeking new opportunities to grow the business.
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
- Strong English skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with great attention to detail.
- Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
- BA/BSc degree.
