What You’ll Be Driving:
- Hiring professionals who not only meet job requirements but also align with company culture across international markets;

- Conducting structured and competency-based interviews, providing comprehensive and objective feedback;

- Actively contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving recruitment outcomes;
- Staying up to date with market trends, technological innovations, and recruitment best practices.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, covering both technical and non-technical roles;
- Strong interviewing skills with hands-on experience in various interview techniques;
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and performance tracking tools;
- Excellent understanding of talent market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices;
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
- Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a strong advantage.

- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment;
