Account Executive Renewal Sales bei Kapitus

The Account Executive, Renewal Sales is a key participant in the Renewals Department responsible for active account management, cross selling, and retaining merchant relations. The Account Executive, Renewal Sales will work with and support other business areas and senior management to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. What you will do: - Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts - Drive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business with customers - Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patterns - Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to thoroughly qualify leads and sales opportunities, leverage business from new and established relationships, and strategize, negotiate, and close business.
