Specialty Distribution Manager

Location: Remote position but candidates will ideally live in Boston or EST time zone.
Position Summary: This is a full-time position within our Market Access department working 9am – 5pm.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

In this role, you’ll lead Cycle’s specialty distribution network by managing relationships with specialty distributors and third-party logistics partners. You’ll design and execute distribution strategies that ensure our products reach our patients efficiently and compliantly. Your responsibilities will include contract management, performance optimization, and driving cross-functional projects to strengthen our expanding specialty distribution network.
We’re looking for a candidate with proven experience in pharmaceutical distribution operations, contract and project management capabilities and a strong understanding of the specialty distribution landscape. Strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a deep commitment to compliance are essential for success in this role.
