POSITION TITLE: Product Manager
Location: Greater Philadelphia Area / Remote
Purpose
A successful Product Manager at Sporttrade will be a highly organized and detail oriented self-starter with familiarity in Scrum and other Agile development methodologies. This role will specifically work with multiple back-end teams to establish and build out more advanced business logic and operational controls in support of our retail trading applications.
Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple development teams to clarify and refine requirements into actionable work for each team, focusing on integration of functionality throughout the technology stack.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between all levels of the organization
- Act as liaison between leadership, internal teams, and/or external vendors and partners
- Work closely with leadership, internal teams, and/or external vendors and partners to prioritize upcoming feature work and maximize value
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and the establishment of new policy and procedure for documentation, communication, and operations
Required skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role or similar responsibilities
- Experience with Software Development practices (such as Agile, DevOps, and Scrum)
- Self starter who can deliver results with minimal guidance
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Background and interest in Trading or Sports Betting a plus
- Previous experience working on Backend / API products a plus
- Employment is contingent on candidate’s ability to undergo, pass and maintain required registration as mandated by state gaming regulations
