职位描述：负责短视频内容运营，包括但不限于素材搜集与内容创作、热点追踪、创意策划、视频剪辑等。任职要求：我们期待这样的你：英语好、网感好、玩的了梗、p的了配图、写的了段子。也期望你：英语水平良好，具备外网搜索能力（很重要）；具备良好的视频剪辑能力，有剪辑作品；本科及以上学历；耐心细致、踏实肯干，能积极主动的跟进处理问题，善于沟通交流；熟悉短视频平台调性，有热点洞悉捕获能力。【划重点】线上实习，3个月实习期，不需要坐班，但是需要你能够保持在线状态，积极处理工作。【你能获得】实习证明+每月不多但是有薪资
