Key Responsibilities
â Bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
â Create persuasive proposals to secure high-quality projects.
â Communicate and negotiate with international clients.
â Generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
â Analyze client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for smooth project onboarding.
Requirements
âï¸ 2–3 years of experience in online bidding and lead generation.
âï¸ Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
âï¸ Good understanding of IT services, web development, and digital solutions.
âï¸ Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
âï¸ Comfortable working in the US/International time zone.
