8x8: Senior Commission Analyst

The Senior Commission Analyst will work with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance in order to ensure that the 8x8 incentive commission plans are implemented correctly and commissions are paid accurately. The primary responsibility is the calculation of monthly incentive commissions for sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans. The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline driven, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask. Responsibilities- Own the commission setup, processing, and analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of commission payments. -Administer bi-weekly/monthly meetings to provide visibility into plan/quota/attainment/commissions. -Partner with sales operations and the systems team to ensure set up of plans is accurately established and maintained. -Interface with payees to provide customer support to resolve and address commission inquiries. -Develop and maintain an understanding of the end to end commission cycle to be the subject matter expert in commission calculations, comp structure, the comp system, and bookings data. -Complete reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of commission payments. -Provide the inputs and calculations for monthly and quarterly commission accrual. -Assistance with process improvement. -Complete ad hoc reporting, metrics, and analytics Qualifications: Education desired: Bachelors, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Experience desired: • 3-5 Years in Finance/Accounting role • Proficient to advanced level of competency with Microsoft Excel • Experience with Commissions automation tools (ICM Anaplan, Xactly etc) • Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information -1-3 years in Finance, Accounting, Sales or Operations Analyst role 8x8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
