Yelp: Engineering Director Data & Analytics Platform

Ready to take your leadership career to the next level? We’re looking for an Engineering Director with a background in Data Engineering and/or Data Analytics to lead our core data platform. The Data and Analytics Platform empowers Yelp to make quick and informed decisions about our product and business. As a leader in this space, you will scale large, complex, cross-platform experimentation systems and data pipelines. These pipelines power metrics which enable data scientists and product managers to make go/no-go decisions on every feature we ship them to the Yelp app — putting you and your teams at the very center of decision making at Yelp. In addition, these systems also guide teams like Financial Planning, Data Science, Marketing and Business Operations on business critical functions such as building our publicly reported metrics and discovering new markets.
