We’re looking for a talented Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our hiring managers to identify top talent, build diverse pipelines, and hire world class talent at Mosaic. We’re looking for someone who acts and thinks like a business partner and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders throughout the interview process.
You’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish as well as improving hiring processes to streamline the recruiting process to make sure both candidates and hiring teams have a great experience.
