Team lead for Operations at fintech company
Are you a structured and ambitious person, are you able to work independently and do you have a good understanding of numbers? We are at Likvido looking for someone who can help with the day-to-day operations reporting to our VP of Operations. You will be the go-to person for a number of remote workers and will have the responsibility of overseeing and training in multiple areas within the financial realm.

Unlike more traditional bookkeeping companies, we have a strong focus on automation. In addition to skilled accountants, our team thus consists of more than 12 software programmers who are constantly working on automating manual tasks.
As mentioned before, our customer base consists of small and medium-sized businesses, who all use our Likvido app to pay bills, invoice their customers and upload receipts
We are a fast growing and ambitious tech start-up based in Copenhagen and around 60 employees working from all over the world. We were founded in 2018 with the vision of creating a product that could provide small and medium-sized businesses with an easy and user-friendly solution for paying their invoices. Well, that was where we started - and three years later, we have more than 2000 SME’s as customers and automate big parts of all their accounting.
What will be your daily responsibilities and who are you?
So more specifically, you will:
Manage 3-4 remote workers with mores likely to come
Reporting and analytics
Manage and optimize processes and document them accordingly
Recruitment of remote workers
Help the VP of Operations with ad hoc tasks and project
The right candidate for our team can work independently and will have profound experience and knowledge of how to manage day-to-day operations. We expect you to be able to solve your daily tasks without much assistance and that you proactively will look for solutions, when you encounter a problem.
The perfect candidate will say yes to the following:
Be very structured and able to balance multiple tasks and areas at the same time
Have a good understanding of numbers and be a skilled user of Sheets/Excel
Be tech-savvy and be able to quickly navigate new systems - no coding
Great English and communication skills
Have experience with handling and optimizing business processes
While not a requirement, candidates with experience from accountancy/bookkeeping/finances will have a great advantage in this role.
Practicalities:
You will work 100% remote, but will work closely with our existing team.
We work within CET office hours, but are flexible to accommodate other schedules.
We would like you to start as soon as possible.
Your manager will also be working remotely
