We have a great opportunity for a “builder” to reignite the possibilities of using our alliance network within our field marketing programs. The Field & Partner Marketing Manager acts as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Global Alliances team, working across internal marketing functions and third parties to primarily deliver against pipeline goals. A strong candidate has a validated understanding of sales-focused marketing with experience in conceptualizing & completing joint business plans, using MDFs, as well as implementing events. They enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment, hand-in-hand with sales leaders to understand the needs of the business as well as our partners to go above and beyond through effective collaboration, strategy, and execution. This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Field Marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and driving joint marketing programs with our enterprise software partners (inclusive of advertising agencies, system integrators, tech/cloud, social channel and voice partners) that extend across our respective marketing channels; events and tradeshows, digital properties, PR/Social, CRM, content marketing, advertising, sales, and advocacy community.
- Maintain a credible understanding of the product & marketing calendars for Sprinklr and our partners in order to prescribe and prioritize the most compelling marketing activations.
- Work with partners to integrate Sprinklr into their field marketing presence; handling budget and product allocation, sponsorship, and digital/on-site promotional activities.
- Joint ownership of pipeline targets
- Cultivating relationships with the global alliance leadership team to over-communicate and gain alignment on field marketing priorities and plans
- Own the end-to-end lead process in partnership with inside sales and marketing operations, constantly looking for ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel and report on campaign success and business contribution.
Your expertise:
- You have led marketing program planning discussions; working with partners to understand their business goals and building cross-channel activations to help deliver against them
- You are equally comfortable in strategic planning and execution of campaigns and events.
- You can clearly identify and prioritize from abundant opportunities coming in from global and regional partners.
- You have the field to go deep on the most critical projects and meet the other opportunities through scaled program development.
- You have led several concurrent programs, with deep measurement and optimization, to advise the business priorities of the organization on an ongoing basis.
- You work very well across teams, and you’re extraordinary at helping internal and external partners understand how they benefit from the program or solution that you’re advocating.
- You are a self-directed contributor, who can be provided with a set of metrics and establish your own manner of achieving them.
- Proven track record of working on a global level to define requirements and priorities and deliver locally relevant assets, resources and support.
- You are strong at “managing-up” with recommendations and requests.
- You have strong listening, communication, and social skills, and are passionate about developing and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships. You can easily shift on new information and are flexible to the input of your colleagues and partners.
- You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to complete partner marketing initiatives including communications, content creation, events, customer programs.
- Continually analyze and supervise program metrics to report out on program success.
What’s required:
- 6+ years in relevant roles within enterprise technology companies: enterprise partner marketing, marketing program management, business development, partnership management.
- Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through partner marketing programs, targeting large enterprise organizations
- Experience influencing and/or leading MDF across partner ecosystem
- Experience creating and driving partner webinars, tradeshows, and field marketing activations
- Strong analytical approach with the desire to measure, analyze, act, and improve marketing programs. Salesforce and Tableau experience are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related experience.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
- Have an ambitious spirit to build something from the ground-up.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, and easily transition from high level critical thinking to creative and detailed execution
