About the role: We at Paytm , looking for individuals who will be responsible for leveraging our data to improve our products/functions. If you are data oriented and have prior experience in to Product Analytics Paytm is the right place for you About the team: Paytm Entertainment develops and operates an online ticketing platform for booking movie tickets. Expectations/Requirements: Own the entire measurement piece for the homepage product by defining key metrics and tracking them regularly Set up dashboards to closely monitor product funnels & user flows and identify leakages among these. Navigate between multiple data platforms (both 3rd party and in-house) to extract data and generate cohesive insights and reports Generate actionable insights from both qualitative research about the product & quantitative data findings and leverage the same for product improvements. Conduct user-research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking and presentations to ideate on what users want and what should be built for our users Design A/B experiments by working closely with product managers to test various hypothesis and derive insights from them Contribute to product building by working very closely with the senior leadership across Product, Data, Technology and Business Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role Data platforms - capable of quickly learning and adapting to new data management platforms and understand complex big data schemas. Knowledge of SQL is necessary. Analytics - must demonstrate exceptional analytical skills coupled with a genuine passion for learning new analytical tools to automate dashboards and reports Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and presentation skills Why join us 1.
