As a Product Manager specializing in Developer Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the overall experience of developers interacting with our products and services. Your primary focus will be on understanding the needs, pain points, and aspirations of developers, and translating that knowledge into strategies and features that improve their efficiency, satisfaction, and success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver a seamless and delightful developer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developer Advocacy:
- Act as the voice of the developer within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the developer community, their workflows, and pain points.
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and communicate a clear vision for the developer experience, aligning it with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a product roadmap that enhances developer productivity and satisfaction.
- User Research and Feedback:
- Conduct regular user research, surveys, and feedback sessions to gather insights from the developer community.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on Developer Experience.
