As a Community Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing our community of DeFi enthusiasts. Your primary focus will be on managing our product's Telegram channel and driving community engagement. We're seeking a candidate who not only possesses the required skills but also has a strong belief in our product and a genuine passion for DeFi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content on our product's Telegram channel, including updates, announcements, and engaging discussions.
- Foster a supportive and positive community atmosphere by actively engaging with members, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
- Organize and facilitate AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions and other community events to promote interaction and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with our marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our product's goals.
- Monitor and report on community sentiment, feedback, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement growth strategies to attract and retain new community members.
- Continuously monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, adapting your approach as needed to drive positive results.
Qualifications (MUST):
Strong knowledge of DeFi and cryptocurrency concepts.
Proficiency in managing and moderating Telegram channels.
Familiarity with the workings of DeFi products, with a specific emphasis on our product, Zealy.
A strong commitment to achieving high levels of community engagement.
Prior experience in community management or a related role.
Genuine belief in and passion for our product and mission.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
