You will architect, own, and defend TNT Growth’s measurement ecosystem end-to-end — creating a foundation where strategy is grounded in reality, learning compounds, and teams move decisively because they believe the data they’re using.

Forecasting methodologies leadership trusts
Make measurement usable for real-world decisions — not reporting theater.
A Robust Marketing Data Foundation
Event tracking architecture that actually works
Tag management systems that don’t break under scale
Data warehouse/lakehouse pipelines that don’t crumble under reality
Clean ELT/ETL, modeling layers, and BI that teams love using
Monitoring, alerting, QA, and documentation that prevents chaos
Identity, privacy, and consent-forward frameworks that survive the future
Governance: naming, versioning, access, and controls that stop entropy
You ensure data is reliable before anyone debates what it means.

What You’ll Do (Non-Negotiables)
Own measurement strategy end-to-end
Define and operationalize frameworks agency-wide
Architect and maintain TNT’s analytics stack
Ensure data quality through real operational discipline
Establish governance and tracking durability in a post-cookie world
Drive experimentation rigor and insight compounding
Lead client-facing analytics strategy and truth
Build and scale the analytics org
Partner deeply with media, creative, CRO, engineering, and leadership
Support new business with credible, defensible analytics POVs

Experience Required
10+ years in analytics, growth, or data strategy
Proven experience architecting analytics systems that matter
Strong fluency in paid media data (Meta, Google, multi-channel ecosystems)
Technical expertise across tracking, warehousing, modeling, and BI
Experience leading analytics teams
Executive communication strength
Comfort operating in environments where accountability is real
Compensation
$120k+ OTE
