Sales Engineer, Channel Partnerships bei Yelp

As a Sales Engineer, Channel Partnerships at Yelp, you'll serve as the primary technical resource for the company's Channel Partner ecosystem, supporting the integration of Yelp's Reporting API, Leads API, and Ads API. You'll work directly with Channel Partner sales reps and their agency clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues, collaborating with GTM leadership to identify technical opportunities, and surfacing client feedback to improve Yelp's product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical client-facing role
  • Hands-on experience supporting API integrations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client integrations simultaneously
  • Experience coding in or working alongside teams using SQL, JavaScript, or similar languages
