Responsibilities
- Own the day to day client relationship for a portfolio of accounts delivering approximately $1–$2M in annual revenue
- Contribute to revenue and margin goals by identifying and supporting organic growth opportunities across accounts
- Monitor contract-level adoption and business outcomes to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Manage renewal playbook activities, including calendar management and tracking of renewal risks and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain Salesforce (CRM) hygiene, including contract/SOW details, opportunity stages, and revenue tracking
- Lead or support discovery, scoping, and SOW creation for paid enhancements and projects in partnership with senior Client Partnership and Delivery leads
- Support account forecasting, scoping/billing, and revenue recognition in collaboration with Finance and Delivery teams
- Compile and interpret client-level burn and utilization reporting from delivery teams, highlighting insights and implications for account health
- Prepare monthly billing summaries and invoices; track budget variances with clients and drive resolution of any gaps
- Manage accounts receivable for past-due accounts, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed
- Demonstrate a understanding of the client’s business, industry context, and competitive landscape, and how Ansira’s solutions impact their goals
- Identify, document, and evangelize client goals across internal teams to ensure all work is aligned to desired business outcomes
- Report on how agency work meets and exceeds client goals and actively participate in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Maintain a strong understanding of delivery across agency competencies and leverage this knowledge to support client digital transformation roadmaps
- Provide cross-team coordination for client strategy meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up notes/status summaries
- Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) activities, partnering with senior Client Partnership and Delivery teams on content, storytelling, and logistics
- Support RFP and new opportunity efforts by gathering inputs, drafting content, and contributing to proposals and client presentations
- Create and maintain client case studies that demonstrate results, value realization, and success stories
- Liaise with Product and Technology to stay current on Ansira’s roadmap and relevant product releases, ensuring senior team members and clients are informed
- Write clear, actionable project briefs and manage associated intake, clarifications, and hand-offs to delivery teams
