Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Continuity Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, evaluate business impact, and ensure preparedness for any disruptive events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses.
Coordinate and lead BCP/DR testing exercises; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Work with IT and business units to ensure systems and processes are resilient.
Maintain documentation and regularly update business continuity plans.
Provide training and awareness programs across the organization.
Serve as a key contact during actual disruptions or incidents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery.
Strong understanding of BCP/DR frameworks.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Relevant certification is a plus.
