The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels. You’ll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias
- Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop
- Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes
- Participate in team training, QA, and meetings
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
- 1–3 years eCommerce customer service experience
- Strong written English and professional communication
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management
Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms
Hours / Location
Full-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST). Fully remote.
