About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects and ensuring that business and engineering teams can create and utilize high-quality data and experiments. You’ll oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and Agile methodologies while facilitating clear communication across teams. Your leadership will contribute to optimizing time, talent, and resources, ultimately driving key business initiatives forward.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Facilitate quarterly strategic planning sessions, OKR goal-setting, and ensure alignment between team efforts and company objectives.
- Investigate and review requests from stakeholders, identifying and addressing their needs effectively.
- Manage internal and cross-functional communication, ensuring clarity around business needs and project objectives
- Oversee team backlog to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct analysis, reporting, and process improvements to enhance Agile practices and team productivity.

- Proactively identify blockers, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality project deliveries.
- Mentor team members, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous professional development while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally within the software industry.
- Expertise in Agile methodology and Scrum framework; Lean principles will be a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to drive project decisions and optimize processes.
- Proven experience in project delivery within a CI/CD environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, driving high performance and engagement through process improvements and mentoring.
- Strong experience managing complex projects that require balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
